Privacy Policy

• Business account information: your name, email address, business name, business phone number, and workspace settings.
• Candidate information entered by the business: candidate name, phone number, email address, and interview details such as date, time, type, location or meeting link, and notes.
• SMS consent records: whether consent was confirmed, the phone number it applies to, the time it was recorded, and which account recorded it.
• Basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

Candidate names, phone numbers, email addresses, and interview information are used only to operate the scheduling service: creating and updating interviews, preparing and sending interview-related messages, tracking confirmation status, and showing interview history to the business that entered the information.

SMS data is used solely to provide interview-related communication and platform functionality. We do not use it for advertising or marketing.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Consent information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Phone numbers are shared only with the messaging provider strictly for the purpose of delivering the interview-related messages described in our Terms of Service.

Data is stored in a managed cloud database with encryption in transit. Every business workspace is isolated at the database level, so one business can never see another business's candidates, interviews, reminders, or settings. Access requires an authenticated account with permission for that workspace.

We retain interview and consent records for as long as the business account is active, or as needed to meet legal and compliance obligations.

Candidates can reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, and HELP for assistance. Businesses can turn reminders off for any interview, and can request correction or deletion of their workspace data by contacting us.
