Terms of Service

INTERVUE lets businesses schedule candidate interviews, track confirmations, and prepare interview reminders. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for having permission to contact the candidates you add, and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Each business workspace is separate. You may only access the candidates, interviews, and records that belong to your own workspace.

• INTERVUE sends transactional, interview-related text messages to candidates whose phone numbers are entered by a business using the service.
• Messages may include interview confirmations, interview reminders, rescheduling notices, cancellation notices, and requests to confirm attendance.
• Message frequency may vary depending on the number of interviews scheduled.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Recipients can reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages.
• Recipients can reply HELP for assistance.
• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Text messages are only sent after the business confirms the candidate agreed to receive interview-related messages at the number provided.

You may not use INTERVUE to send marketing, promotional, or unsolicited messages, or to contact anyone who has not agreed to be contacted about an interview. We may suspend accounts that misuse messaging.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the delivery timing of any message.
