How consent is collected
When Embracing Arms schedules an interview and wants to send text reminders, INTERVUE creates a secure, personal consent link for that candidate. The candidate opens the link — no account needed — and sees the business name, the interview date and time, a partially masked phone number, the disclosure below, and an unchecked checkbox. The candidate chooses to agree or decline.
Staff cannot mark consent on the candidate's behalf. Text reminders stay off until the candidate agrees. The consent record — phone number, business, interview, wording and version, and timestamp — is stored for audit.
